If you don't know, shirring is sewing with elastic thread; it is fun and easy! All you do is take a cute child's shirt and sew a couple of times around the bottom, making sure to lock/reinforce the seams so they won't unravel, and you're done. (I sewed three times around and about 2" from the bottom on the pictured shirt.) Your shirt will look so cute over a little pair of jeans! You can also make a shirt for yourself, and if the sleeves and neck are too wide you can shirr them too! :)
